- STEP 3: On the next page, you will be asked your security question. Answer, choose your type of computer (personal or public) and click ‘Continue‘.
- STEP 4: You will have to enter your password on the next page.
Forgot your ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card user ID or password?
- STEP 1: From the ABNB credit card login page, click on ‘Forgot your password?‘ if you have lost your login details.
- STEP 2: On the following page, enter your User ID, account holder name, SSN, DOB, zip code, email address.
- STEP 3: Click ‘Submit‘ to continue the retrieval procedure. Alternatively, you can call ABNB at (757) 523-5300 to do this reset procedure over the phone.
How to apply for a ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card?
- STEP 1: Head to the ABNB credit cards page.
- STEP 2: Under the ‘Low Rate Cards‘ heading, click ‘Apply Now‘.
- STEP 3: Enter your first name, last name, SSN and member number (if applicable only). Untick the box if not already a member.
- STEP 4: Click ‘Submit‘.
- STEP 5: On the next page(s), enter all your details as required by ABNB – identification details, contact details, complete address, complete financial and income details, references as asked for, and specify loan terms. In card type, don’t forget to select ‘Visa Platinum Reward‘.
- STEP 6: Enter authorized user(s) details, read the terms and conditions and click ‘Submit‘ to send your application to ABNB for review.

- STEP 1: For the self-enrollment process, visit this link.
- STEP 2: Read the terms and clauses, scroll right to the bottom and click ‘I Agree‘.
- STEP 3: Provide account number, account holder’s name, SSN, DOB, zip code, and email address as required.
- STEP 4: Click ‘Submit‘. Follow the instructions on the following page(s) to complete the registration/activation of your ABNB Visa Platinum Rewards Credit Card.
