- STEP 3: Enter your username and password on the following page.

Forgot your Alliant Visa Platinum Credit Card username or password?
- STEP 1: From the same login page, click on ‘Problems logging in?‘
- STEP 2: Click ‘Recover username‘ if you have forgotten your username, and ‘Reset access‘ if you have forgotten your password or your security questions.
- STEP 3: For username recovery, provide your member account number and DOB, and click ‘Continue‘.
- STEP 4: For password recovery, enter account number or even username, along with your DOB and click ‘Continue‘.
How to apply for an Alliant Visa Platinum Credit Card?
- STEP 1: Visit the Alliant Visa Platinum card page. You can get here from the Alliant Credit Union homepage as well.
- STEP 2: Click ‘Apply Online‘. On the next page, click ‘Apply as new member‘.
- STEP 3: Consent to the business clauses and click ‘I agree‘ on the next page.
- STEP 4: Answer details about the card, and click ‘Continue‘.
- STEP 5: On the next pages, enter applicant information, income details, and submit the application.
How to activate your Alliant Visa Platinum Credit Card account?
- STEP 1: From the Alliant credit card login page, click on ‘New User Setup‘.
- STEP 2: Enter member account number and date of birth. Click ‘Continue‘.
- STEP 3: On the next pages, create your login access details and you are on your way to activating your Alliant Visa Platinum Credit Card.
