• STEP 1: Head over to the Toys “R” Us homepage – www.ruscreditcard.com
• STEP 2: Click on ‘manage account‘.

• STEP 3: Enter your User ID and click login. To avoid phishing, the password will be entered on the following page. You will also have the option of saving you User ID on this browser.

Forgot your Toys “R” Us credit card user ID or password?

• STEP 1: On the Toys “R” credit card login page, click on ‘Lookup User ID’.
